We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team! As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients in the Med/Surg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Med Surg Registered Nurse
• Strong knowledge of Med/Surg/Tele nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
• BLS and ACLS certification
