Job Details
Regional Sales Representative who is highly motivated, relentlessly dedicated, team-oriented, with a hunter mentality. Manage a large client base and regional territory focused on selling in the multifamily, industrial, and commercial sectors providing the industry’s best fire safety inspection services.
Sales Requirements -
- Proven track record in new sales development, account expansion and account management.
- Experience managing a large territory and customer base a PLUS!
- Sales Experience in Fire Life Safety Industry. Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression a Plus BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Strong communication and time management.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office Suite solutions.
- Experience with "C" level sales to Property Management Companies in the Multifamily, Industrial and / or Commercial market sectors preferred.
- Live in the Greater Phoenix area.
- Fire Safety Systems Inspections, Testing and Monitoring as required by NFPA and California Codes
- Tenant Improvement projects including Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Suppression
- Inspection Corrections
- New Construction
