ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large commercial concrete construction projects.
- Managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Developing and implementing project strategies and plans, and ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to keep them informed about project progress.
- Identifying potential project risks and devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.
- Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously reviewing and improving project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in concrete construction.
- Proven experience in managing large commercial projects from start to finish.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Strong strategic planning abilities and a proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Florida.
