Are you a seasoned Project Manager within the Waste & Wastewater construction industry with a passion for excellence and a knack for leadership? You will be playing a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial, civil, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring adherence to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other compliance standards.
- Conducting on-site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, civil, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction details and building codes.
- Excellent knowledge of construction project management software.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
