Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Utilizing Procore project management software to track, manage, and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Leading and motivating a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Overseeing the construction process, from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring that all work is carried out to specific standards.
- Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Implementing and maintaining safety standards and protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with Commercial Healthcare, Science, or Academic project experience.
- Proven experience with tilt-up construction techniques and Procore project management software.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling and project management principles.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare construction industry, including specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an added advantage.
