The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to our team, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to the team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information.
- Handle Corporate Actions and liaise with Broker/Dealer to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize FIS Phase 3, DTC PBS/PST, BETA, and other relevant systems to manage and analyze financial data.
- Assist in strategic decision-making processes by providing insightful and actionable financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
- Participate in the development of financial strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the management team.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
- Experience working with Broker/Dealer and handling Corporate Actions.
- An associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance.
- Experience with FIS Phase 3, DTC PBS/PST, BETA, or equivalent systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent experience is required for this position.
