Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Please note: this is an on-site role, with some travel to 4 other properties in the surrounding Alexandria, VA areas.

Job Details

• BA degree in business or related field
• 7-10 years experience in commercial property management (multi-site portfolios)
• Experience managing Class A buildings!
• Relevant Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), LEED AP, LEED Green Associate
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills and the ability to manage from a holistic perspective
• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) required. Also desiring one or more of the following: Yardi, Cardin, MRI, Realogic, Energy Star Manager, LEED Online and MACH Energy preferred
