Job Details
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry. Willing to travel within a 4-5 hour radius of St. Louis.
- Proven experience managing multifamily and senior living construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
