We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This position will play a key role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's tax operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks. 1. Manage and oversee the preparation and review of corporate federal, state, and local income tax returns and forecasts.
2. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.

4. Provide expert guidance on tax laws and regulations, including the impact of changes in tax laws that affect the company.

8. Liaise with tax consultants and advisors to ensure optimized tax strategies.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation (MST) is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role in the finance industry.
4. Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and laws at federal, state, and local levels.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
9. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
