We are actively recruiting for an experienced transactional paralegal to join our client's growing firm in Atlanta. This opportunity is with a midsized firm with an excellent reputation across the Atlanta metropolitan area. The firm is seeking a paralegal with significant experience working in a transactional capacity supporting attorneys with contracts (drafting, review, proofreading, etc.) and real estate closings. A Paralegal Cerrtificate is required for consideration.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Provide support to transactional team. Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Maintain and update corporate records.
• Act as a primary liaison between the attorney and clients.
• Assist in preparation of due dilligence reports.
• Effectively collaborate with other team members and work independently as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Assist with the closing of transactions, including the preparation of closing documents and binders.
• Assist with special projects as needed
