- Overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities for commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of all subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Developing and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing all aspects of Tenant Improvements (TI) and renovations, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Handling ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA 30 safety regulations and other relevant construction industry regulations.
- Traveling to various project sites as required, managing on-site activities, and ensuring successful project execution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors, scheduling, and overseeing commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience with Tenant Improvements (TI), renovations, and ground-up construction.
- Solid knowledge of OSHA 30 safety regulations and other relevant construction industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various project sites.
