Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver product requirements and drive product development.
3. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
4. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and post-launch performance analysis.
5. Stay abreast of the latest AI and cybersecurity trends and competitive landscape to inform product development.
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data to make informed product decisions.
7. Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
8. Oversee the budget, forecasting, and financial planning for the AI product portfolio.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An LLM degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with 5 years as a Product Manager leader focused on AI.
3. Proven experience in managing AI products through the entire product lifecycle.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning and its applications in product development.
5. Experience in a Series A or fast-growing startup environment is preferred.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
9. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries and businesses.
