Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year
A Bit About UsHeadquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, we are a recognized leader known for providing automatic flow control valves for a variety of industries and organizations, including the US Navy. We are currently hiring for a West Regional Sales Manager who is based in one of the following locations (ideally close to a main airport hub) Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, Nevada, or Texas.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your region.
  • Masterful at building relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.
  • Introduce leading technology.
  • In charge of growing the region from an established book of business while also winning new business.
  • Your input will help drive new product development.
  • Oversee our commercial business

Job Details
  • Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present the product solutions
  • Experience educating customers on value proposition
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets
  • Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
  • Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
  • Ability to grow your own book of business while taking over a $2M business
