Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CxO level summary reports and dashboards.
Understand and address the challenges faced during the Power BI rollout, including licensing terms and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and rollout of BI solutions across the organization.
Provide training and support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power BI.
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
10-12 years proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, writing DAX and Power Query.
In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
Experience with strategies to overcome rollout and adoption related challenges including Power BI licensing terms and compliance.
Experience in change management process for BI platforms
Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and Azure data fabric.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
