Description
Qualifications:
Looking for someone who has worked in a professional atmosphere with experience working inside of a mail room with a team.
The preferred candidate should have knowledge of FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping and receiving processes and procedures.
This associate will be working inside the Mail Room at a legal site.
The direct responsibilities include processing, sorting and delivering.
Hand-deliveries completed copy request, USPS Mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. throughout the day on scheduled mail runs.
Associate will also assist with setting up multi-purpose room for client meetings and events moving chairs and tables along with the other team members in the department. There is walking, standing and some lifting required for this position.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs anything heavier assistance will be made available No driving is required.
Education: Bachelors Degree
