Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Perform patient care efficiently and effectively through practice and communication with patients and other staff
Provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering patients
Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education
Coordinate care plan for patients to ensure best outcomes.
Follow policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Work independently under supervision to implement care goals for patients.
Competently assess the patient on a regular basis
All other responsibilities as needed

License/Certification:
AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of experience
2 plus yrs current MS/ TELE experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:6 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have WV or compact license. Orientation is bi-weekly. 36/48 Schedule per pay period- No Block scheduling.
DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order.
Ratios can fluctuate with census, call ins, etc.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed.
Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs. of accepting offer.
