Description: Responsibilities: Lead by example: Not only do you offer guidance on how to "do agile" by ensuring your team adheres to practices, but you are also considered a thought leader and trusted, credible partner in your team's transformation journey. You love being a supportive leader or Scrum Master, but you are loved for being a coach, facilitator, mentor, and teacher for your team(s). You will help conceptualize the value you bring through coaching plans that focus on outcomes. Continuous Improvement: You know how to keep a retrospective fresh and different and create a safe space for your teams to drive toward relentless improvements. You carefully consider what is working and what is not and why. Relationship Building: You enable the development, maintenance, and growth of key relationships to aid Client's business goals, utilizing your negotiation skills and expertise in conflict resolution to ensure your team can be as effective as possible. Marketing knowledge: Willing to become proficient in the marketing E2E process and understand the platforms, tools and features available to create the best work & way of working possible. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key Agile Metrics such as lead, cycle time and throughput while utilizing Velocity and Burn Downs for capacity planning and other agile health metrics such as assessments and identifying positive and negative impacts to your team. Quality, Risk & Compliance Management: Help mitigate risks regarding regulatory compliance and quality. Capacity Management: Coach team members on the importance of workloads, commitments, and potential constraints. Ensure the team can maintain a sustainable pace to deliver high quality work. Empower the team to adjust commitments to ensure sustainable delivery while also protecting them from outside disruptions and other non-value add activities. Requisite Experience: Breadth: Technology and Marketing, Product Management, Systems Thinking, Agile Transformations Depth: Agile Teams, Program Delivery Experienced SCRUM Master or Agile Team Coach: Experience in working in hybrid environments where capacity planning is necessary. You may need to do other activities to help support your team through the adoption of new ways of working. SCRUM, Kanban or other Agile certifications: Holder of an active certificate from an industry standard certifying body in Scrum Master, Kaizen, Kanban, or other type of certification focusing on Lean-Agile ways of working. SAFe a plus. Multilingual skill set a plus Education: Bachelors Degree
