My team supports design needs of acquisition, engagement, retention of the membership initiative, and the mobile app; which are top priorities for the organization.
We are looking to increase our design capacity to support the team.
Requirements5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy.
Required SkillsAbility to operate independently
Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery
Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey
Experience with Agile practices
Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing
Preferred/Nice To Have SkillsFigma
