We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess knowledge of medical terminology. Must have the ability and interest in working both front and back office duties.

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Maintain electronic health records accurately
• Perform phlebotomy (15 Blood Draws/ Day)
• Rooming patients
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Previous experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Certified MA or MA Diploma is a MUST.
