About the role:
In a Corporate Counsel role, you will manage legal business matters to protect the enterprise’s rights in contract negotiations, settlements, litigation and business practices. As part of a legal team with 200 attorneys and paraprofessionals, your focus will be on employment law, corporate compliance, litigation support, intellectual property, financial crime and transaction support.

What you will be doing:
• Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice and counsel to business units in areas that include software licensing, data security, privacy and regulatory matters.
• Performing legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.
• Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development and compliance.
What you will need:
• Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.
• Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.
• A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
