Following up with members throughout the defined processes and providing accurate healthcare benefit information. You will be responsible for documenting all member interactions and escalating queries and concerns appropriately.- Interpersonal and customer service skills- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented- Tenacious problem solver who enjoys working in an innovative, fast-paced team environment- Inquisitive investigator who can connect with our members to fully understand their needs- Attentiveness and patienceThe role of the Concierge duty is to support customers. This main responsibility covers lots of duties, such as:- Providing introductory information to members- Following up with members throughout the defined process- Provide accurate healthcare benefit information- Appropriately document all member interactions- Escalating queries and concerns appropriatelyQualifications:- 2 years healthcare experience- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing- Experience successfully navigating complex workflows, meeting sensitive timelines- Organized and detail-oriented- Ability to work full time (8-hour shifts) between 6a-6p, Monday - Friday in our professional South Jordan officePreferred:- Bilingual (English / Spanish)- Fluent with Medical TerminologyBenefits:- Employer paid Frontier Direct Care membership for the employee and their immediate family- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance- 100% Medical Cost-Sharing membership for you, with options to add your family through Sedera.
