This is an excellent opportunity to manage the operations of our private club dining room.Leadership Qualities:- A Passion to serve-in the industry, and our Team- Inspect what you expect- Listening/empathy vs. accountability- Transparency-Communication- Positive influence- Empower-our Team MembersExperience and Core Competencies:- A minimum of six years of hospitality industry experience including at least two years in a leadership role managing servers, bartenders, and restaurant support staff. - Private club experience is preferred; however, candidates from luxury hotels/resorts, restaurants or from similar high-end hospitality operations will be considered. - A professional career record of achievement and relative employment stability. - Ability to cultivate a positive workplace culture. - Aptitude for ordering, receiving, and adhering to inventory control systems for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, price, and accountability on all purchases. - Coordinates with Accounting to maintain documentation of food and beverage personnel, financial documents, purchase orders, and budget creation. - Proficient with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and Club POS software, both front and back-of-house. - Ability to professionally address selected member and guest complaints, consulting with leadership team about appropriate corrective actions. - Acts as the face of food & beverage and always leads by example, including working in a hands-on capacity.We Offer:- Top pay in the industry- Golf privileges on a championship course- Career advancement and on-the-job training- Health benefits and 401(K) match for full-time employeesRequirements:The Club industry is ever-changing and constantly evolving.
