Responsibilities : - Must welcome, greet, interact and assist guests in a professional manner.- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide excellent service within the property's service standards and brand attributes.- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guests and limit requests for information pertaining to guests in accordance with hotel policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, casino events, promotions and directions.Qualifications : - Must have a high school diploma / GED.
