Marketing Coordinator
This is a contract opportunity.
This is an in-office opportunity in Framingham, MA.
About this position
The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key partner to the Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Team, collaborating with internal clients across the business to convey their departmental initiatives to associates through engaging marketing campaigns. This role involves managing creative projects from conception through rollout, ensuring all necessary details are addressed to deliver campaigns on time and meet client objectives.
Job Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated partner for various departments requiring marketing support.
• Engage with internal clients to understand their needs, asking pertinent questions and channeling requests through the appropriate marketing pathways.
• Oversee templated and recurring projects including advertisement requests, annual events, logo design, and digital signage updates.
• Maintain the Brand Resource Center and manage other intranet-related creative needs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing internal collaboration and improving project outcomes.
• Work closely with other marketing partners such as Project Managers, Art Buyers, and Studio teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Support global Corporate strategic initiatives, including the annual State of the Company events and Executive-level Town Hall presentations.

Skills/Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or project management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing and creative tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Additional Information:

• 6-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $25-$29/hour.
