We welcome you to become a partner in CODAC's vision.Effective October 1, 2021, in accordance with the Rhode Island Department of Health, all CODAC employees working in the clinics must be fully vaccinated for SARS CoV2 (COVID-19).MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare claim forms and billing invoices weekly for all third-parties and ensure proper transmission of electronically transmitted information- Follow through on any denied claims with the appropriate third-party representative to determine what steps to take to remedy the situation which caused the denial- Post all insurance payments- Provide CFO with monthly reports, such as, Summary Journal, Detail Journal, Cash Collections Summary and Patient Balance Due Summary Report- Responsible for tracking and monitoring insurance authorizations- Participate in Performance Improvement activities- Perform other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma with training in finance/bookkeeping and business software and at least 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
