About the team

The Worldpay procurement team brings focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. They serve as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers.

What you will be doing

As the Procurement Analyst you will co-create & implement The Worldpay Procurement Teams capability to drive data driven decision making. You will specialize in conducting in-depth research and analysis of procurement-related data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves gathering and evaluating data from various sources, including supplier performance metrics, market trends, 3rd Party spend, and financial indicators. The Procurement Analyst collaborates with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess supplier capabilities, manage procurement risks, and drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan

  • Develops & document processes and tools to measure key procurement performance indicators in support of company goals

  • Measure and report key procurement performance indicators

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for procurement analysis

  • Assesses and reports compliance to stakeholders

  • Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance and compliance

  • Using procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data analysis Evaluating and recommending improvements to procurement policies and procedures

  • Assesses and reports compliance to stakeholders

  • Supports the development and implementation of procurement strategies

What you bring:

  • More than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

  • More than 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • More than 1 year of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis Preferred Qualifications

  • Procurement negotiation and contract execution experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
