What you will be doing

As a Relationship Manager, Global Merchant Service, you will serve as the primary account liaison for a set of vertically aligned enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and leading sales growth, continued account penetration, and client satisfaction with a long-term multi-year focus.

• Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue growth from the client portfolio

• Demonstrate industry and payments knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive analysis

• Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to explore new opportunities

• Structure, negotiate and close deals to meet client expectations and Worldpay’s ability to deliver; utilize company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise

What you bring:

• Extensive knowledge of the payments industry with an understanding of global payments, merchant operations, and alternative payment methods

• At least 5-10 years of experience interacting and partnering with enterprise clients and senior management

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally)

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Self-driven to produce positive outcomes clients

• Proven success at achieving revenue growth targets

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience

Added bonus if you have:

• Background in Direct Selling Organizations is strongly preferred

• International payments experience

• Self-driven with a history of being able to execute on initiatives
