Staff Product Designer

Salary - $180,000-$230,000 base equity

Role: We are looking for an expert Product Designer with exceptional management and leadership skills to efficiently oversee multiple design projects with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will autonomously manage and implement long-term projects, maintaining visual design and pattern libraries while ensuring development feasibility within reasonable timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design projects with minimal guidance.
• Support product and engineering teams in designing new features based on user needs, best UX practices, and solid design principles.
• Influence and enhance the existing design system for consistency, component building, application, and documentation.
• Play a key role in branding decisions and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Conduct or support user research and testing to collect accurate data and build meaningful analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure comprehensive project scoping.

Qualifications:

• FIGMA EXPERT (A.K.A WIZARD!)
• Extensive experience with complex web applications, enterprise software, and SaaS products.
• Proficient in the entire design cycle: concept, research, scoping, wireframing, designing, prototyping, and testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and development processes.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to present work effectively to product and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining visual design and pattern libraries.
• A portfolio showcasing consistency, typography, color, design layouts, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of ownership and accountability for projects.
• Experience in navigating multiple complex products and mentoring junior designers.
• Knowledge of working in an agile environment is a plus.
• Background in security B2B SaaS products and tech experience.
