The individual shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in each of the following : as a technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems and in Quality Control inspections of building systems and equipment.
The individual shall also have a minimum 5 years of experience as a manager of service technicians. The individual shall have excellent organization skills and be capable of working in fast-paced, changing priority work environment.
Service Manager shall work in close physical proximity to the locations. Must have experience in the operation of CMMS systems.
Must be able to pass a government background check and drug test. Credit must be clean and good driving record. Job Type : Full-time Pay : $70,000.
