Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and assist with tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and automation, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices to streamline financial workflows.
- Participate in special projects, system implementations, and other initiatives as required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience 5 years in a financial role, preferably in a supervisory or assistant controller capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
