Jobscentral is Hiring a Senior CPaaS Program Manager (IT Networks) Near Ashland, OR

Be a part of something BIG!The candidate will be supporting & managing CPaaS and new Telco APIs business.
CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) Program ManagerMake An Impact By
  • SPOC for Group Networks to manage and co-ordinate projects within network domains to support Group Enterprise (GE) CPaaS platform.
  • Engagement with Business Products (primarily GE) for use-case, fronting Networks Core, VASes & Digital Platform systems.
  • Formulate, organise, coordinate and monitor across inter-connected projects.
  • Develop and control deadlines, project milestones and activities.
  • Resolve / Escalate to address projects' issues that affects the program deliverables.
  • Support in use-case solutioning between GE and Networks teams and Vendors, with support from respective Network domain Planners.
  • Manage and track implementation milestones and progress for systems within Networks to support CPaaS.
  • Regular updates to Management on projects status.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Skills For Success
  • Degree in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking or telecommunications/mobile communications.
  • ~10 years of relevant working experiences in computer networking or the telecommunications industry, especially in the role of program coordinator/ manager. Preference will be given to candidates with project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CITPM.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including 4G, 5G and NFVI. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Open Gateway APIs, NaaS and associations such as TM Forum, GSMA, etc is an advantage.
  • Good working technical knowledge of computer networking, including knowledge of hardware, protocols, and internet standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Good understanding of legal contracts.
  • Good financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to be both a leader and a team player across different groups and levels
