- Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 to $85,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for road ready drivers.

- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
- Recent CDL graduate drivers.
- Must meet McLane s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
