Requirements
- Average starting salary $72,000
- Company Stock awarded annually currently at a rate of 12% of annual pay
- 401K match up to 4%
- Paid Vacation awarded upon hire
- 8 days of Paid Holidays per year
- $225 Monthly Performance Bonus
- 5% Annual Profit Sharing Bonus
- Paid Local Training- $200/day
- Bonus opportunities for referring other drivers to the company
- Home weekends and some weeknights
- Most weeks average 2200 miles all within 250 miles of the plant
- Most weeks average 18 drops

- Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Prepared to be away from home 1-4 nights per week
- Able to secure and tarp load on flatbed trailer
- Able to work indoors or outdoors in various temperatures and climates.
- Able to verify accurate shipments and complete necessary paperwork
- Can professionally represent the company and its products to our customers
- Able to arrive on time for deliveries and manage their schedule
- Safe driving history required
- Experience with ELDs is preferred
- Flatbed experience is preferred but not required
- Consistently exhibits and displays the company's values own it, can do, act in love
