Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex is hiring full-time Parts Associates. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering specific parts questions and selling the correct part for the customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and/or experience of automotive systems, should enjoy interacting with customers and have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Correctly and politely answering customer questions
• Anticipating customer needs and concerns
• Answering phone calls
• Completing and confirming orders in-person and over the phone
• Inventory tracking
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
