What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, air conditioning and heating systems.

The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. You will stay in touch with customers and technicians to make sure everyone is kept up to date on scheduling changes.

Key Sub Tasks

• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a 5-Star customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Able to handle a hectic, fast pace, multi-task work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and remaining composed.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for a positive, upbeat and energetic individual to join our team. To be successful, you must have call center experience and the minimum of 1 year dispatching experience, preferably in the trades.

Experience with Service Titan strongly preferred.
