**Responsibilities**

* Stock in cars both new and used, make jackets and file accordingly

* Process and post credit cards daily

* Process and post daily deposit for service and F&I including cash and checks

* Reconcile reserve statements

* Maintain and file IRS 8300 forms.

* Maintain relevant accounting schedules

* Cross-train on other desk and serve as back up

* Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Automotive experience a must

* Highly organized and with eagerness to progress

* Willingness to take initiative

* Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills

* Ability to handle multiple tasks easily

* Ability to provide quality customer service

* Work with all levels of employee

* Clean driving record and valid drivers license
