Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, shift management, and food service. Will provide assistance to GM's in a restaurant group of 6 locations in the Metro East.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Managers in daily operations and decision-making
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Manage shifts effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate food preparation and production activities
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proficiency in cash handling and shift management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and software

Pay: $43,005.29 - $51,791.32 per year
