JOB SUMMARY
Position title: Customer Care Trainee, Trainee
Reports to: Customer Care Associate, Emilia Nielsen-Mazewski
Location: NYC HQ Office
As a Customer Care Trainee, you will be based in one of our Head Offices and will be an integral part of our Customer Care team. You will be responsible for supporting our local markets and working closely with Operational Management and Legal & Compliance teams.

We expect flexibility in terms of workload and working hours, including weekends. The position is full-time.
