The role provides administrative expertise, is an employee champion, partner for management and an agent of change for all.

Participates in committees and special projects as needed. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Consult with site leaders and provide daily HR guidance Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Consult, advise, and train managers on sensitive employment issues, progressive discipline up to and including employment terminations and administering disciplinary processes.

Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints as needed. Ensures regulatory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal, state and local laws and regulations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

Maintain human resources system that includes records on hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Manage performance review process and system.

Work closely with other division HR staff on projects. Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in progressively responsible HR roles Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Self-motivated, self-directed, and highly organized.
