John Beres Builders is looking to fill the position of construction project coordinator/manager. JBB is a general contractor for over 60 years, specializing in carpentry. JBB is a family based company who care about their employees. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Scheduling manpower

- Organizing and ordering of materials for projects

- Organizing and arranging tools and equipment for project delivery and pickup

- Managing other trades on projects assigned

- Tracking project hours/expenses

- Project submittals and closeouts documents

- Creating construction schedules for projects

- Meeting with clients for current and new projects

- Collaborating in estimating projects

- Assist with the delivering of tools materials

- Assist in shop organization

- Organizing/managing job meetings

Experience preferred but not required

- Previous carpentry/construction background

- Work experience in management/administration

- Competency with excel, word, outlook

Schedule

- Regular 1^st shift working hours
