John Evans Recruiting is representing an exciting client company that has grown from 400 to 950 employees in the past 4 years--with its eyes set on becoming a $1B company in the next few years. This brand is expanding rapidly into new markets nationally, and additional recruiting support is needed to power them through this phase of incredible expansion.
We are seeking two Contract Recruiters to join this organization’s 15-person talent acquisition team at their corporate HQ near Columbia, MD.
The two Contract Recruiters will fill complex and more high-profile roles at the corporate office, along with roles in the field nationally.
The Contract Recruiters are needed from mid-July through November and must be onsite daily 9am-5pm at the HQ for the entirety of the contract. This is NOT a remote position.
Pay is up to $33/hr.

Requirements:
- 4 years of recruiting experience gained in corporate or agency environments.
- High volume recruiting experience with the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
