POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Global Visual Merchandising Senior Manager – Retail and Wholesale to create compelling visual guidelines and assist in developing visual strategies to drive brand awareness, meet sales objectives and maximize profitability. This position will interact with cross-functional teams to identify key messages and set clear goals that continuously elevate the consumer experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partnering with Brand Marketing, Merchandising and Creative, develop and execute corporate visual directives in-stores within all display types, including all Retail channels (Boutiques Wholesale Travel Retail)
• Oversee and execute the global showroom for product adoption and press days: Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to develop compelling and visually stunning showroom presentations that tie back to the overall seasonal product strategies.
• Create brand document set up & presentations
• Ensure branding is consistent with guidelines presented by Company’s creative and marketing teams
• Ensure Visual Guidelines are implemented properly across all stores following brand standards & corporate supervision by creating VM decks to communicate seasonal guidelines
• Strategize product launch animations while understanding business objectives for on-site deployment
• Support brand events with product/display set up and logistics
• Design appealing creative displays for the sales floor and windows that attract visitors to the store (traffic) and drive sales (conversion), integrating seasonal marketing strategy into physical retail experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote new and featured products and promotions to reflect seasonal themes or offerings.
• Continuously develop and evolve in-store product placement strategy and execution.
• Train accounts, store employees & managers on Visual Guidelines
• Provide clear feedback to store teams on visual direction including merchandising allocation & setup, prop usage/storage, store appearance, visual processes etc.
• Partner closely and respond to store and wholesale teams requests on visual assistance
• Support new store openings and store re-models globally
• Incorporate the creative vision of the brand into the design of the store
• Prepare all floor plans and maintain VM Calendar
• Conduct walkthroughs of the store to help determine maintenance strategy and prepare for next installation
• Manage timeline and process for seasonal visual reviews and leadership sign-offs
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends, competitive set, research lifestyle and design trends.
• Brief all print needs for wholesale and retail accounts.

DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 5-7 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Experience working with luxury brands, jewelry preferred.
• Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
• Ability to take direction, multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to execute at a fast pace.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate a team environment, and build cross -functional partnerships.
• Ability to give concise and actionable feedback to various levels.
• Must be proficient in supporting programs, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
