We are actively seeking participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at 1360 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 200, Lakewood, CO 80232. This program offers comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency upon successful completion.

Salary and Work Hours

Total Annual Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Create insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
• Participate in local community events
• Develop networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Foster and maintain client relationships
• Use lead management systems effectively
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
