Responsibilities- Generate insurance quotes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. This includes answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policychanges, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Preferred but not mandatory: State of CO: Property & Casualty, Life, and Health
- Prior experience in insurance is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Must be people-centric.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a positive attitude and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in peoples lives.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, ethical conduct, and dependability.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
