We are a plaintiff’s personal injury practice looking for a pre-litigation attorney that is licensed in the state of Texas. Our home office is in Clear Lake, but we have expanded our business and have opened an office location in Houston off Richmond Avenue.

We manage different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, to slip and fall, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Job duties will include, but are not limited to, preparing demands, reviewing all relevant documents, and evaluating cases. Pre-litigation attorneys and their clients discuss the details of the incident and attempt to come up with compromises to help settle the claim before going into litigation. They will be responsible for evaluating loss and negotiating with insurance companies for settlements.
Requirements:
Needs to be familiar with all phases of personal injury cases; from inception, through litigation, to trials and settlements. Be prepared to handle cases with minimal supervision and must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
They will need to interact directly with clients and prosecute own cases and those provided by the Firm and its partners. Will need to have experience evaluating whether to sign a case or not and counsel clients on all relevant legal matters in a professional manner.
Will be working closely with other attorneys and litigation team members and needs to be comfortable handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines, so staying highly organized is a must.
