Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed (LPN/RN) and in good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Long term experience preferred but not required (WE WELCOME NEW GRADS!)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
Responsibilities:
- Care of residents in a manner conductive to their comfort and well–being. Person centered care is mandated.
- Direct and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
- Assess and document findings of the residents.
- Accurate, safe execution of doctors’ orders.
- Accurate, safe and timely distribution of medications to residents.
- Charting all pertinent information as to resident’s condition.
