The Team Lead Janitorial Specialist Under general and limited supervision, will lead a team and perform a wide variety of custodial duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment; and perform related work as required.

This position Leads a crew that will perform custodial duties in and around multiple buildings and grounds; troubleshoots; works closely with employees to meet the custodial needs of the buildings; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
