As a VDC Deliverables Manager, you will combine your technical proficiency with strategic planning, team leadership, and quality management. This role offers variety, continuous learning, and a significant impact on the success of VDC projects.

What We Ask Of You

• Utilize your technical skills to produce detailed and accurate VDC deliverables.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to stay on budget and proactively manage schedules to meet project timelines
• Maintain a deep understanding of company standards and processes.
• Guide, motivate, and support your team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure the right tasks are assigned to the right team members and track progress against estimates.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required standards and specifications.

Experience & Competencies

• AAS/BA in related discipline or demonstrated industry experience is highly desirable, and certification may be required in some areas
• 5 years of successful experience in HVAC and plumbing VDC environment
• Excellent working knowledge of Stratus GTP, Navisworks, Clash Detection, and Revit BIM applications
• 7 years of experience in 3D modeling and the coordination process
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Must have integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in a professional, positive manner

Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
