LASER MACHINE OPERATOR HELPER - 2nd SHIFT

John W. McDougall Company, Inc. 85-year-old metal fabricator in Nashville, TN is looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator Helper for our [WHICH SHIFT] operations.

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Load material at Machine
• Read and have basic understanding of mechanical drawings
• Upload and run program from machine controller
• Perform basic preventative maintenance schedules
• Perform in-process inspections
• Deburr parts as required
• Responsible for packaging parts per customer requirements
• Operate fork lift and overhead crane as required
• Ability to read tape measure and basic inspection tools a must
• Ability to run other basic fabrication equipment and/or weld is a plus
• Willing to train but must be a hard worker with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay commensurate with experience: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
