John Wood Group is Hiring a Certified Infrared Thermographer Near Raleigh, NC
Key responsibilities:
Review of owner-provided existing electrical distribution system: single line diagrams, panel schedules, and equipment location floorplans
In-field data inspection, scanning, and thermographic photography of building medium & low voltage electrical distribution system equipment at peak load times
Analysis of thermal images for identification of potentially problematic findings
Review of findings with licensed professional electrical engineer for technicalities of installation that may or may not be dismissed as abnormalities
Generation of IR study report outlining the location of problematic instances with supporting images, explanation (or theorized), and recommended next-steps towards remediation

Certified Infrared Thermographer, Level III
